Booked A Ticket Or Booth?
Refunds, changes, payment checks and setup questions are handled by the event's organizer. Their email and phone are on the event page and on your booking.
Running Events On BookASquare?
Account, billing, booth maps, check-in or anything that isn't working: email support@bookasquare.com and we will help.
What To Include
A few details help us answer in one reply instead of three:
- your order number, if your question is about a booking;
- the event link, if it is about a listing;
- the email you registered with, if you are an organizer;
- what you were trying to do, and a screenshot if something looked wrong.
Reporting A Listing
If an event looks fake, misleading or breaks our Terms of Service, use the Report A Listing form. We look at every report.
