Admission Tickets That Just Work At The Door
Set up your ticket types, share one link, and check guests in at the door with your phone's camera. Buyers check out without signing in, and there's no app to install.
Free tickets cost you nothing.
Setting Up
Ticket Types That Fit Your Event
Early bird, general admission, a two-day pass, a members' night. Each ticket type has its own price, capacity and rules.
Capacity And Limits
Cap each ticket type at the number your venue holds. Set a minimum and maximum per order, and a sales window if early bird ends on a date.
One Day Or Many Days
Run a one-off fair or a two-day convention, with opening hours set for each day.
Discount Codes
Create codes for friends, partners or early sign-ups, as a percentage or a fixed amount, and limit them to the ticket types you choose.
Add-Ons
Sell The Extras Too
Offer parking, a tote bag or a meal with each ticket. Buyers pick add-ons under Extras once they have chosen a ticket. You can make one required, cap it per order, and limit how many you have in total.
Only 50 parking spots? Set 50. Buyers see how many are left, and it shows sold out when they're gone.
Buying
A Checkout Your Guests Won't Get Stuck In
Guest Checkout
No Sign-In At Checkout
Guests choose their tickets, press Continue, and the tickets are held for them for 20 minutes while they check out. They fill in their details, answer any questions you ask, and pay.
Afterwards their QR tickets arrive by email and stay in a free account under their email, with the order status, on any device. There's nothing to download.
Tickets
One QR Code Per Person
Every ticket gets its own QR code. Buyers can put a name on each ticket, so a group booking still checks in person by person.
Each code admits one entry. A screenshot shared around a group chat only gets one person in.
Private Pages
Share Only What You Want To Share
Send a link that shows only the attendee side of your event, without the vendor booking. Add a password to it for a members-only or invite-only session.
On The Day
Scan Tickets With The Phone In Your Pocket
Open check-in on any phone and point the camera at a ticket. It works in the browser, iPhone included, so your door team doesn't install anything.
No QR? Look people up by name, email or order number. A handheld QR scanner works too. A ticket can only be checked in once.
Questions People Ask
Do My Attendees Need To Create An Account?
No sign-in at checkout. Attendees enter their name, email and phone and pay. Their QR tickets arrive by email and are saved to a free account under that email, on any device.
Can I Stop Selling When The Hall Is Full?
Yes. Set a capacity on each ticket type. The count is kept by the database, so the last ticket can only be sold once, even if two people press Continue together.
My Fair Runs Over Two Days. Does That Work?
Yes. Set it up as a multi-day event with opening hours for each day. Tickets cover the whole run.
What Are Add-Ons?
Extras people can buy with a ticket or booth, like parking, a tote bag or a power point. You set the price, the most per order, and if you like, how many you have in total. When they run out, they show as sold out.
How Does Check-In Work?
Open the check-in page on a phone and scan each ticket's QR code with the camera. It works in the browser, iPhone included. No QR? Look the person up by name, email or order number. A handheld QR scanner works too. A ticket can only be checked in once.
Can I Keep A Ticket Page Private?
Yes. Share a link that shows only the attendee side, and add a password if you like, for example for a members-only preview night.
