Booth Map
Draw Your Floor Plan. Let Vendors Pick Their Spot.
Most fairs still sell tables over chat: a list of numbers, a screenshot of the layout, and a lot of back and forth. BookASquare puts your actual floor plan online, so vendors see what's left and choose for themselves.
Free to register. Nothing on free bookings.
The Builder
A Floor Plan You Can Build In An Afternoon
No design software, no plugins. The builder runs in your browser and saves as you go.
Shapes
Booths, Tables And Zones In Any Shape
Draw booths as rectangles, circles or polygons. Add long tables, open zones, and symbols for entrances, stages and toilets. Drop in images and group things that belong together.
Every booth gets a label, like A01 or Corner 3, so vendors and your team talk about the same spot.
Tracing
Trace Over The Venue's Own Plan
Got a floor plan from the venue? Upload it as a background image and draw your booths right on top of it. Snapping guides keep rows straight and spacing even.
Honestly, this is the quickest way to get from a PDF in your inbox to a map vendors can book from.
Prices
Link Every Booth To A Price
Each booth belongs to a booth type, like Standard Table or Corner Booth, and each booth type has its price. Set the price once per booth type, and every booth linked to it follows.
Booth types can also include vendor passes, so each booth comes with entry for the people working it.
For Vendors
What Vendors See On Their Phone
Your vendors don't need to sign in. They open your link, look at the map, and pick a spot.
The Map
Pan, Zoom And Pick
Vendors pan, zoom and pinch the map on a phone, open it full screen, or switch to a list if they prefer. Each booth shows whether it's available, held by someone checking out, waiting for your review, or already booked.
The map works with a keyboard too.
No Double Booking
One Booth, One Vendor. Always.
Tapping a booth only selects it. Pressing Continue reserves it for 20 minutes while the vendor fills in details and pays.
If two vendors press Continue on the same booth at the same moment, exactly one gets it. That isn't just the screen being careful: the database refuses the second sale. The other vendor is told straight away and can pick another spot.
Your Call
Review Before You Confirm
For curated fairs, set a booth type to need your approval. Vendors still pick their spot, but the booking waits for you to accept it. On the map, that booth shows as pending review, so nobody else takes it in the meantime.

Export For The Venue
Download the map as a PNG, JPG or PDF for the venue, your volunteers or your socials. Or as JSON, to import into your next event.
Who's Exhibiting
Turn on a list of confirmed vendors on your event page, by brand name and booth number. It's off by default, and it never shows personal details.
A Link Just For Vendors
Share a link that shows only the booth side of your event. Add a password if the vendor call is invite-only.
Questions People Ask
Do I Need Design Software To Draw My Floor Plan?
No. The builder runs in your browser. Drag booths onto the canvas, resize them, and line them up with the snapping guides. If you already have a floor plan from the venue, upload it as a background image and trace over it.
Can Two Vendors End Up With The Same Booth?
No. When a vendor presses Continue, the booth is reserved for them on our server, and the database itself refuses a second sale of the same booth. The other vendor sees straight away that the booth was just taken.
Does Selecting A Booth Reserve It?
Not yet. Tapping a booth only selects it on the vendor's screen. Continuing to checkout reserves it for 20 minutes while they choose any add-ons, fill in their details and pay.
Can Different Booths Have Different Prices?
Yes. Each booth links to a booth type, and each booth type has its own price. Corner booths, standard tables and premium spots can all sit on the same map.
Does The Map Work On A Phone?
Yes. Vendors can pan, zoom and pinch on a phone, open the map full screen, or switch to a list view. The map can also be used with a keyboard.
Can I Print The Floor Plan For The Venue?
Yes. Export it as a PNG, JPG or PDF for the venue or your team, or as a JSON file you can import again later.
