For Trading-Card Fairs
Your Card Fair, Without The Telegram Screenshots

Why It Fits
Built Around How Card Fairs Actually Run
Tables Vendors Book Themselves
No more "is table 12 still free?" messages. The map shows what is open, and a table can never be sold twice.
PayNow Proof In One Place
Vendors transfer to you and upload the screenshot on their booking. You check it against your bank and confirm. The money never passes through us.
Entry Tickets For Collectors
Sell walk-in tickets with a limit, one QR code per person, and scan them at the door.
The Old Way Vs. This Way
From "Lock A Table With A Screenshot" To A Booking You Can Trust
Most card fairs still run on group chats: post a floor plan, vendors message to claim a table, send a PayNow screenshot, and someone keeps a spreadsheet of who paid for what. It works, until two people claim the same table or a screenshot gets lost in the scroll.
With BookASquare the floor plan is the booking. Vendors tap a table, press Continue, and it is reserved for them while they pay. They upload the transfer proof on their booking, you confirm it, and the table turns booked on the map for everyone.
Want to vet vendors first? Set the table type to need your approval, and ask what they sell, their social handle and how many staff they bring.

How A Fair Day Runs
Step 1
Draw The Hall
Lay out tables and zones over your venue's floor plan, link each table to a price, and add power points as an add-on with a stock limit.
Step 2
Share Two Links
Send vendors a link that shows only the table map, and collectors a link that shows only entry tickets.
Step 3
Confirm As Proofs Arrive
Check each PayNow proof against your bank, accept vendors, and see who still owes a balance.
Step 4
Scan At The Door
Staff passes come with each table. Your door team scans vendor and collector QR codes from their phones.
Questions People Ask
Can Each Table Include Staff Passes For The Vendor?
Yes. Set how many passes come with a table type, and each confirmed vendor gets that many QR passes for their helpers.
We Only Have So Many Power Points. Can We Limit Them?
Yes. Create a Power Point add-on with a price, a per-vendor maximum and a total stock. When they run out, vendors see it as sold out.
Can We Approve Vendors Before They Are Confirmed?
Yes. Set the table type to need your approval. Vendors still pay and upload proof, and you accept or decline each booking.
Do Vendors Or Collectors Need An Account?
No sign-in to book. Every booking is saved to a free account under the buyer's email to come back to.
Can We Show Who Is Exhibiting?
Yes, optionally. Turn on Who's Exhibiting to list confirmed vendors by brand name and table, with no personal details.
What Does It Cost?
Registration is free. We charge a small platform fee on paid sales, billed weekly. The Pricing page has the rate and a calculator to work out the fee for your fair.
