Trust And Safety
Report A Listing
If an event, organizer page or booking on BookASquare looks fake, unsafe or against our terms, tell us. We review every report.
What To Report
Things We Want To Know About
Fraud Or Scams
An event that does not exist, an organizer asking you to pay outside the event page, or a payment request that does not match the listing.
Counterfeit Or Illegal Goods
Fake or stolen goods, or anything whose sale is against the law where the event takes place.
Gambling And Raffles
Lucky draws, raffles or "mystery" sales that work like gambling and are not allowed where the event is held.
Impersonation
A page pretending to be another organizer, brand or venue.
Offensive Content
Hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or violent content, or anything that puts children at risk.
Privacy
Someone collecting personal data they should not, or a page exposing other people's details.
Make A Report
Tell Us What You Saw
Include the event link and what happened. Your report goes straight to our team; the organizer is not told who reported them.
What Happens Next
We look at the listing and, where it breaks our Terms of Service, we can ask the organizer to fix it, take the page down, pause their sales or close the account. We may email you if we need more detail.
We can't decide refunds or disputes between buyers and organizers; those go to the organizer first. If you think a crime has happened, please also contact the police.
In An Emergency
If someone is in danger at an event, call your local emergency number first.
