What we collect

Organizer account details; buyer name, email, phone and answers to organizer questions; payment proof files for manual payments; payment references from providers (we never see full card numbers); technical logs with redacted identifiers.

How it is used

To run bookings, verify payments, issue tickets, notify buyers and organizers, bill organizer commission, prevent abuse and keep audit records. Payment proofs are stored privately and shared only with the organizer's authorized finance staff through short-lived links.

Analytics

Organizers may configure analytics identifiers for their own public pages. Tags load only on those pages and, unless the organizer configured otherwise, only after your consent. Ticket, payment and order pages never carry analytics.

Retention and deletion

Financial and audit records are retained as required for accounting and dispute handling. Account deletion respects outstanding orders, refunds and billing obligations. Contact support to exercise your rights.
