For ticket buyers and vendors

Your order page (linked from your confirmation email) shows the live status of your payment, organizer review and tickets. Questions about an event, its terms or refunds go to the organizer — their contact details are on the event page and on your order page.

• Lost the link? It was emailed to the address you entered at checkout.
• Reservation expired? Choose your tickets or booths again; nothing was charged.
• Paid by PayNow/bank transfer? Confirmation follows once the organizer verifies the transfer — usually within a day.

For organizers

Log in at app.bookasquare.com. Billing questions: your Billing page shows every commission entry, statement and bill. Sales suspended? Pay the overdue bill and sales resume automatically.
